What Does It Cost to Try ZoomOnTime?


Absolutely nothing! That's right - Nothing, Zero, Zilch ... And there are no hidden costs. You don't have to call us to cancel and explain why. We will not ask you for a credit card or any other commitments. Simply try our services for a full month risk free and decide. If you are pleased, and we are sure you will be, continue to use ZoomOnTime with all your settings and data from the trial period are preserved and available for you when you activate your subscription. If for whatever reason you decide not to continue, your trial subscription will smiply expire.

Why do we do that? We strongly believe that it's our services that make your business and ours prosperous, not "catches" and "gotchas". No hassle is one of ZoomOnTime core values and we want you to experience it from the very beginning of our long joint journey.

Are There Any Limitations During the Free Trail?


No. You will have access to ZoomOnTime services without any limitations. Moreover, all your settings and data from the trial period are preserved and available for you when you activate you subscription. So, you can treat our Free Trial as "First Month Free" if you want.

How Long is the ZoomOnTime Trial Period?


One full month. We're sure that this will give you enough time to explore all ZoomOnTime features and see how easily they integrate into your business.

How Do I Try ZoomOnTime Services?


Just answer a few questions and you're all set. You will receive our a welcome email with login instructions in a minute or so (please check your "spam" folder if you don't). Login and start using ZoomOnTime. We will default all the settings to the most popular (you can change them at any time). With no software to install and configuration on your side, all you need is to add your employees and reporting tasks. Usually it takes less than an hour to have ZoomOnTime services fully configured to your needs.

What If I Don't See a Feature I Need?


Just let us know. We'll make every effort to make it available for you at no extra charge. We strongly believe that only true collaboration between our customers and development team can produce a service of superior quality. In fact, the majority of ZoomOnTime features were created/enhanced based on our customers’ feedback. We're proud to say that ZoomOnTime services were made for you and by you!

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?


Our preferred method of payment is credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Please contact us if you want to pay using your company check or purchase order and a sales representative will contact you.

How Much Does ZoomOnTime Cost?


We are charging an affordable monthly fee based on the number of employees and payment terms. There are no set-up or activation fees. There are no long-term commitments - pay by month if you want to. Please see our pricing page for full details and cost calculator.

Does ZoomOnTime Integrate With Our Billing and Accounting Systems?


Yes. Just export you data in Excel format and import into virtually any billing or accounting software. Please contact us if you need more specific or detailed information.

Can I Create a Hierarchy of Reporting Tasks?


Yes. ZoomOnTime supports unlimited hierarchical levels of reporting tasks. However, we recommend that you use no more then 3-5 levels. This is usually an optimal hierarchy structure for reporting needs. More complex task structures could also be confusing for your employees.

Will My Employee See All of My Company's Reporting Tasks?


It's entirely up to you. ZoomOnTime provides a flexible task assignment mechanism. You can control task assignments on a project, a supertask (a task that has subtasks) or an individual task level. You can make assignments to an entire company (even for employees who join the company after a task has been setup) or to a specific employee.

Does ZoomOnTime Have an Approval Mechanism?


Yes. Every employee has an approver assigned to him/her. An employee could be set-up to be a self-approver if needed. Both an approver and employee receive event-driven (on submission, approval or rejection) email notifications and reminders.

Do You Store Credit Card Information?


No, we don't. All credit card information is transmitted using 128-bit SSL secured channel to the credit card processing center at the time on submission. ZoomOnTime employees do not have any access to your credit card information under no circumstances. We do store the last 4 digits of your credit card and expiration date in our secure database for recurring subscriptions in order to remind you, when your credit card is about to expire.

Do I Have to Renew My Subscription Every Month?


It's up to you. You can prepay (and save!) your subscription for two, six or twelve months. You can also set-up you subscription to be automatically renewed (recurring subscriptions). In this case you credit card will be automatically charged at the end of subscription term. This gives you peace of mind at no additional cost.
